Rose started her career in commercial real estate appraisal in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia. In 2005 she became the youngest person to be awarded the AACI designation by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. After working as a senior appraisal consultant and Director of the Multifamily Residential Division in two local appraisal firms for over 16 years, Rose co-founded L.W. Property Advisors in 2019.

In the earlier years of Rose’s career, she conducted appraisals on a wide range of asset types, including commercial retail and office, industrial land and warehouses, apartment complexes, government assets, and comprehensive mixed-use development projects. Over the years, she has built up her expertise in the mixed-use and multifamily residential development sector, including market housing and purpose-built rental projects. Today, with numerous high-profile and notable regional projects in her portfolio of assignments, her work continues to play an important role in assisting her clients with due diligence, feasibility analyses, internal asset valuation and mortgage financing.

Rose is also accepted as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Federal Court of Canada and arbitration hearings.
